We shared our enthusiasm and love of April 23 with our grandmothers and grandfathers.
At the beginning of the year, during the "Values Education" project, we addressed the patience and responsibility. As the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day was approaching, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was one of our values, we started our work ns started talking about him. We learned about Atatürk's love of children, how he cared about children that he gave this day as a gift to the kids and the responsibility that he gave to the tomorrow's leaders. And we have found the aspect of our work...
We have prepared carefully for our grandfather and grandmother and we invited them to our school. We felt very thankful and happy because of their visit. We respectfully commemorate Atatürk, we told our elders that we've prepared a little show for them. Then we took them to our class and we sang our songs. We greeted them with cologne and delights and we wanted them to feel comfortable with our catering we offer with our own hands. We prepared a little surprise for them. We didn’t forget to tell how much we enjoyed being together with them.
The weather also joined to our enthusiasm in April. The weather suddenly became sunny, lush gardens gave us a chance to make a pleasant picnic in our garden. The gleaming sun garden at long last long play was a distinct pleasure for us. "National Sovereignty and Children's Day" as a child, as we celebrate a feast. On the way home we had our flags and we promised to shake when we were leaving the service bus.
Happy April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day
