Kindergarten students learned about the importance of saving and conservation, and about things that are produced and made in Turkey, as part of Conservation and Turkish Goods Week. They also read poems and made paper crowns decorated with fruit. The students all brought goods that were from Turkey from home and had a special snack in their classrooms. They enjoyed hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, apples, pears, oranges, etc., and our students even made creative designs on their plates with all the goodies.
