Today in the SEV Kindergarten, we were treated to a Mexican concept lunch. As we walked downstairs, we were serenaded by wonderful Spanish songs and our helpers were wearing traditional Mexican costumes. The menu of Sope Azteca, fajitas, Santa Fe salad, and Magno Con Cajeta made us very happy….
