In the kindergarten, we are practicing mathematics by adding and subtracting objects.  We got boy and girl figures and then we drew a house on paper.  We listened carefully to our teachers.  We figured out how many people were in the house, how many were there when visitors came, how many were left when people went out of the house.  After doing this, we created a word problem with adding and subtracting.
