Every year, on November 20th, we celebrate World Children’s Rights Day to raise awareness of those rights, and also of the children who are unable to reach those rights. The topic was called “Our Rights and Responsibilities” in our kindergarten classes. Our students learned why they celebrate Children’s Rights Day with a presentation on the topic.

The students categorized their rights and responsibilities as: Every child has the right to basic life and respects the rights of others. Every child has the right to freely Express his wishes and thoughs and respect others’ wishes and considerations.  Every child has the right to education, is willing to learn and shares with others what he or she has learned. Every child has the right to good health and care and takes health – related measures to protect his or her health. Every child has the right to participate in leisure, leisure time, play, culturaş and artistic, activities, and respects their friends who want to participate in their own games. Every child has the right to live in a clean environment and takes responsibility for keeping it clean.

We wish all children a happy, healthy, safe and peaceful day.
