The topic of collections began with the visit of Collector Mr. Hasan Başmısırlı, a parent from last year’s kindergarten. He shared his expertise with our students about what a collection is and how to begin. After his visit, each class decided what they want to collect and began to gather the desired items. Throughout the month of February, the Blue Stars collected seashells, the Purple Start collected pens, the Yellow Stars stickers, the Orange Stars teddy bears, and the Green Stars bookmarks.  On the 27^th of February, the classes exhibited their collections. Students were able to see what the other classes had collected and they talked about all the collections.
