The Star Classes continued their study of Seeds and Plants by visiting the “Halk” Bread Factory in Kartal.  The students were able to see the steps involved in the bread making process. First flour, water, salt, and yeast are mixed in a giant pot, then the yeast rises and the bread is cooked in a giant oven, and finally packaged. The fresh bread arrives at our tables without any human hands touching it.  Our students then made a picture about the process when they returned to their classrooms.
