After reading the story “The Egg Hunt” , we went outside to have a real egg hunt! The kids had so much fun going out on the playground and searching for the eggs. Every student found their own egg. After they opened their egg, they found a big surprise! Each child recived their own individual sweet note, written from their teacher, along with a star sticker. They were so thrilled to find their little surprise and they had a lot of fun searching for their egg. Plus, it was a great hands-on activity to teach them about the story topic and the new vocabulary words from the story as well. But best of all, it put a bright smile on their faces.
