On Saturday, December 10th, Üsküdar SEV Elementary School English and IT teachers attended a PD event entitled “Tech Tools: Reframing Instructional Design to Enhance Learning” hosted by UAA. A well- known Canadian IT and Digital Learning Consultant, David Tallach Miller, was the keynote speaker for the event. His presentation emphasized the importance of integrating technology into the 21st century classroom. Teachers were able to attend fifteen different break-out sessions, each one filled with practical ideas to apply in their classrooms. Our English teacher, Mrs. Tanya Şahin, represented our school with her very well-received presentation. We thank her for her contribution.
