Our students are very excited about the upcoming new year. In Turkish lessons, they learned about the new year and about the concept of time. They talked about hours, days, months, and years, and then they made projects showing time, out of recycled materials in the classroom. They also made a calendar for 2017. The students also mailed a New Year’s card that they made for their parents.
