PHILOSOPHY enables children to be successful learners!!!

Since November, Uskudar SEV Primary School 2nd and 3rd graders students have been experiencing philosophical discussions and thinking by engaging in Philosophy lessons sessions once a week. These experiences provide them with the skills to inquire, think without prejudices, discuss in a community, listen, respect and understand each other. These skills render them free-thinkers!  

This week, children analyzed the famous story of The Gingerbread Man and discussed the concept of "lying" and the issue of "telling lies".
