Grade 3 students practiced telling the time with a classical story called ‘What time is it, Grandma Wolf?”. Teacher placed a long string in the classroom and put envelopes with questions randomly.  After reading the story, students took turns to act like Mr. Wolf or Grandma Wolf and a player. Then, the student who was Mr. / Grandma Wolf stood at the start point of the string. The player first came to the teacher’s desk and set the clock according to the given instruction on I-pad, then took his/her place on the string and asked the time: “What time is it Grandma Wolf?” Up to Grandma Wolf’s answer, the player took steps on the string, when h/she came across an envelope, took it and answered the comprehension question about the story. Thus, they practiced both telling the time and comprehension studies.
