In Language Arts lessons, as 3rd graders, we read a book called “The Willow Pattern Plot”. It was a story where the book characters were taken to the land of willow pattern. There they helped the princess and Chang to run away from the cruel king. After reading the story, we created our own stories and designed our stories on our plates. It was a lot of fun.
