We started out on our path in 1997, with the aim of providing the perfect educational environment for the physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and academic development of our children. Üsküdar SEV Schools opened with 84 students in kindergarten and grade one, moving to the Üsküdar American Academy campus in the 1998-1999 academic year.

As of the 2010-2011 academic year, education at SEV Üsküdar now continues on three separate campuses: Kindergarten students are taught at the Koşuyolu Campus (having moved from Üsküdar American Academy campus in the 2019-2020 school year), grades 1-4 are taught at the Beylerbeyi campus and grades 5-8 are taught at the new Çamlıca campus. Üsküdar SEV Schools graduates who achieve an average GPA of 75 and above in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels qualify for direct enrollment to the prep class of the SEV American College opened in Çekmeköy, İstanbul in the 2014-2015 academic year. Although our school may function in three physically separate locations, all our departments strive to ensure that a consistent educational philosophy and administrative understanding is followed. While conducting an orchestra with so many different instruments and voices may be difficult, it is worth every effort to hear the sounds of happy, healthy and successful children.
