Gürsel Tourism is a company providing service with over 5,000 vehicles to 150,000 personnel and 40,000 students including İstanbul, Kocaeli, Ankara and İzmir to over 500 prestigious and elite companies in the entire country.
Gürsel Tourism, which has high standards in student transportation, GPS vehicle tracking systems with 24/7 access to information such as special equipped vehicles, provides instant location and speed with experienced drivers who have technical qualification certificates, no judicial record, and service guides with sectoral training.
The inspections about the related subjects and the results of these inspections are shared by reporting to our solution partners. The vehicle and the file check of the vehicles serving the schools are performed totally 4 times annually; 2 times by our project managers and 2 times by the Inspection Department.
Gürsel vehicles serving the schools are inspected in periodical intervals by Gürsel project managers instantly regarding the OGS, safety belt, headlamp use and travel in compliance with the traffic rules. Gürsel Transportation Solutions provides sectoral (Yolculukta 5N1K, Etkili İletişim, Güvenli Sürüş, İlkyardım, Psikoteknik) training to the administrative personnel, drivers and the service guides for the purpose of providing always the best service.
In addition to the comfort of students' transportation, the information about the service bus is shared with their parents so that they can follow through the 'Parent mobile application system' which enables them to keep track of their child via Iphone and Android mobile phones or via web screens at any time.
Gürsel also offers the convenience of completing the enrollment process by paying the student service records through the e-registration (payment) system without coming to the offices in the school. In addition, the e-archive system and the student service fees allow the invoices to be sent to the e-mail addresses defined in the system by e-mail.
