The Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit gave a training on "Communication Skills" to the service hostesses. Thereby, third training for service personnel was done. In this training, which aims to support the communication skills of the service hostesses, the focus was on understanding the needs of the students and the behaviors that should be and should not be done in communicating.
