Terrence Factor, Uskudar Amerikan Academy’s Headmaster, visited our SEV Elementary School library to read and teach about healthy eating habits to our 3^rd grade students. He read a nice story called “Why Should I Eat Well?” and taught the students about why it is important to eat healthy food and the health problems they can develop if they eat too many unhealthy foods. He then played a nice ABC song on his guitar and asked them to think of a healthy food for every letter of the alphabet to sing along to the song. The students really enjoyed his visit and learned some new, helpful healthy eating habits as well!
