For the second year in a row we attended the Paris PACMUN conference at the American School of Paris (ASP) at March 18-20, 2016 . This year’s topic was Prevention of International Terrorism which is a very appropriate theme for our times. We had a group of 18 students and two teacher chaperones attending the weekend event. Following our own SEV JMUN the week before our students were well-prepared to debate and find solutions on this pressing issue. Our students were strong participants and proved to be keen debaters, lobbyists and leaders in their committee sessions. Two of our students, Eren Mercan (8A) and Eylül Galimidi (7A), were recognized as runner-ups as best delegate in their committees. We are proud of their efforts and the effort of the entire group. Our students showed maturity, insight and leadership
